What people use a TrueIP static IP for
Lots of platforms only answer requests from an IP address you have whitelisted in advance. That works until your address changes. A TrueIP static IP is one fixed address in Mumbai that your requests leave from, so you whitelist it once and stop chasing it.

Before you pick one.
Is it the same product for every use case?
Yes. You get one dedicated IP with its own host, port, username and password. Your app or tool sends its requests through it, and the platform sees that one fixed address every time. The pages here just show how to set it up for each kind of platform.
Which should I pick, IPv4 or IPv6?
It depends on what the platform's whitelist accepts. Many banks, payment gateways, government portals and exchanges accept IPv4 only, or don't say, so IPv4 is the safe choice outside trading. Many Indian brokers accept IPv6, which costs ₹50 a month instead of ₹200.
Can I use it to reach my CCTV, NAS or a server at home?
No. TrueIP is for outgoing connections only: your requests leave through the fixed IP. It doesn't forward incoming connections, open ports or host anything, so it can't make a device at home reachable from outside.
Can I take more than one IP?
Yes, there is no cap per account. A common setup is one IP per server or per environment. Each IP is billed at the same price, and every payment gets a GST invoice.
Is there a usage limit?
Each IP has a per-account bandwidth limit that is plenty for API and app traffic. We monitor usage, and an IP whose usage is unusually high or unfair to other customers can be throttled or suspended. The fair use policy has the details.
One fixed IP. Whitelist it once.
A dedicated static IP from Mumbai for any platform that checks where your requests come from. IPv4 for ₹200 + GST a month, or IPv6 for ₹50 + GST.
