Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of TrueIP. By creating an account or using a TrueIP static IP, you agree to them. We have kept them plain and honest rather than hiding the limits in fine print.

1. What TrueIP is

TrueIP provides a dedicated static IP address, delivered as an authenticated proxy endpoint bound to a unique source address in our routed block. You point your trading client at the proxy and your traffic egresses from your dedicated IP in Mumbai, which your broker whitelists. We are not a broker and not a SEBI-registered intermediary. We do not provide trading advice, hosting, a VPS, or order execution.

2. The free IPv6 tier

We offer a dedicated IPv6 static IP at no charge while we grow the network. We are upfront that we cannot promise the free tier will exist forever. If we ever need to change or end it, we will give reasonable notice so you can arrange an alternative. IPv6 works with most modern broker APIs; check whether your broker supports it before you rely on it.

3. The paid IPv4 tier

Some brokers accept only IPv4. For those we provide a dedicated IPv4 address at cost, around 250 rupees per month, billed in advance. IPv4 carries a real cost, unlike IPv6, which is why this tier is paid. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use your TrueIP address to:

  • Break any law, or any rule of your broker, exchange, or SEBI.
  • Send spam, run attacks, or otherwise abuse the network.
  • Resell or share your dedicated IP or credentials without our agreement.
  • Interfere with other users or the integrity of the service.

Abusive use damages the reputation of an IP that other users depend on, so we may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.

5. Compliance is your responsibility

A dedicated static IP helps satisfy SEBI's requirement that API-based algo trading use a static, whitelisted source IP. Meeting your own regulatory, broker, and reporting obligations remains your responsibility. We provide the address; we do not certify your overall setup as compliant on your behalf.

6. Availability and no warranty

We work to keep the service stable and low latency, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Markets are time-sensitive; you are responsible for having appropriate fallbacks, including a whitelisted secondary IP for redundancy where your broker allows one.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueIP is not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed orders, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that poses a risk to the network, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Questions? Email support@trueip.in.
