Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TrueIP collects, what it does not and cannot see, and how your data is handled. The short version: TrueIP is an authenticated proxy, your connection to your broker is TLS encrypted end to end, and we cannot read the contents of that traffic.
The one thing that matters most
TrueIP routes your API traffic through a dedicated static IP on our Mumbai server. Because your connection to your broker uses TLS, the contents of that connection are encrypted end to end. We sit in the network path but we cannot see inside the tunnel. Specifically, we cannot see your orders, positions, holdings, broker login, or broker API keys.
The proxy credentials we issue you are for the proxy itself. They are separate from your broker API keys, which stay inside the encrypted tunnel and never pass through us in readable form.
What we collect
Account data
When you sign up we collect your email address so we can create your account, issue your dedicated IP and proxy credentials, and contact you about the service.
Connection metadata
As with any proxy or VPN, our infrastructure necessarily processes connection metadata to route your traffic and keep the network healthy. This can include the destination host you connect to (for example, that a connection went to a broker's API endpoint), the source address assigned to you, timestamps, and volume of data. We do not decrypt or inspect the contents of your traffic.
Payment data (IPv4 tier)
The free IPv6 tier requires no payment. If you take a paid IPv4 address, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Why we process it
- To provision and maintain your dedicated static IP.
- To route your connection and keep the network available.
- To detect and prevent abuse (for example spam or attacks originating from an address), which protects the reputation of the IP you rely on.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not decrypt or read the contents of your broker traffic.
- We do not use your data to trade against you or share your activity with any broker or third party for marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run TrueIP (such as our hosting and payment processor) and only to the extent required, or where we are legally compelled to by a valid legal request. We are based in India and process data there.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. We keep operational logs and connection metadata only as long as needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account data, and you can close your account at any time. Email support@trueip.in and we will action it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service grows. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrueIP after a change means you accept the updated policy.
